We will be PCS-ing from Honolulu, HI in October and have decided to not pursue on-base housing. We have not decided whether we would prefer to buy or rent, so we open to both. There are only the two of us and our two dogs (one small, one medium sized). My husband is active duty military and I will be working full time. We do not plan on having children any time soon, so school districts and things like that don\'t really concern us. We are very excited to be moving to the Northeast and look forward to finding a great home.
Additionally I am looking for a home with a Master Suite (good closet space), Formal Living/Dining room, Great Room and also if possible a bonus room to work out in and hang out. An additional bedroom would work out as long as it is big enough to have some workout equipment and a TV in it. I dont havea area preferenceaslong as my commute to work is not more than 35 minutes.
We are looking to find a home in the Hickman Elementary school district. If it is located in another area, and a good price, we\'re open to options. We also would like it to be no more than 30 miles from MCAS Miramar. Thank you!
