I have received Permanent Change of Station orders and will report to Warner Robins, GA in late NOV10. I am interested in renting a house and live in the local area before commiting to buying a property. I am looking for a property that will allow for one cat and has a yard associated with it (I have a grill) and central air. Beyond that I would prefer a property with a fireplace and some kitchen appliances included (refridgerator, stove, dishwasher). The later items are preferences and not required. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
