My husband and I are looking to rent an big house, with an open floor plan, with a nice yard.

I am retired military (Navy captain) currently working at the Pentagon for the next 1-2 years or more. I have a home in the Boston area and will be a geo bachelor during this time. I am looking to keep costs down and expect that a shared arrangement would make the most sense. Obviously I would seek like-minded individuals with whom to share an apartment.

At least 1/2 acre lot, would like at least 1 car garage and a decent sized kitchen with dishwasher please no mobile homes

We have a small dog, so we will need a place pet friendly. My husband is currently on his first deployment, and we are looking to be moved off base either before, or right after, he returns on April 9. House preferred, but will consider apartments as well.

We currently have 1 child (expecting more) and a medium size dog (40 lbs). Yard and garage are a must have. Would like a 3rd or 4th bedroom if possible for office....2 bathrooms would be perfered but not necessary. Would like to stay as close to USCG base as possible, and out of downtown. Want West side of Mobile like tanner williams or Forest hill, or far south Side like Mann or Navco. New to area so something in a great family area would be wonderful!
