Built in 1904 tis is a vintage beach cottage completely restored in 2016. Located on the beach. This cottage is located in a 5-cottage Beach Resort. This one is rented on a long term on a monthly or yearly basis. Rent includes everything; all utilities with 1 gig of wifi service, all furnishings, all linens, all housewares, 2 large screen smart TVs washer dryer, sauna, and plenty of parking. The only things you need to bring are your clothes, groceries and a toothbrush. We have taken care of everything else.

Property amenities include decked walkways to beach, extensive seating and landscape areas, Pickleball Court, 6-person Hot Tub, Beach front pergola, beach umbrellas and chairs, and outdoor recreational kitchen with gas grill and running water. It is gated and private
